"Feels outdated to me"
I’m not sure if it’s just me, but the design looks really outdated and kind of messy. I kept feeling like I was missing something or not using it right, so it would be nice if the layout felt a bit clearer and more reassuring

"Checkout was way more frustrating than it should’ve been"
I tried placing an order on Beachsoul, the whole checkout process just put me in a bad mood. The site kept glitching right when I was trying to pay, so I ended up wasting time picking stuff out for nothing. Maybe the products are fine, but it’s hard to feel good about ordering when the basic shopping experience is that messy. Definitely not smooth or convenient.

"Sizing was all over the place"
I ordered my usual size from beachsoul.com, but the fit was off. The top felt way too tight, and the bottoms were somehow loose in a weird way. I checked the size chart before ordering, but it didn’t really help much. Super frustrating to have to mess with a return when it should’ve been an easy buy.

"Cute, but the quality is just okay"
Not gonna lie, the swimsuit I ordered from beachsoul.com does look really cute, but the quality feels average. The fabric is a little thinner than I was expecting, and while the stitching is mostly fine, I did notice one small loose thread. I’ll still wear it, and it looks nice on, but I’m not totally sure how well it’ll hold up after a bunch of washes. For the price, it’s just okay.

"Shipping was slower than expected"
My order from beachsoul.com took a lot longer to ship than I thought it would. Since I wasn’t getting clear updates, I had no idea what was going on and just kept waiting. By the time it finally arrived, I was already frustrated, so the whole experience didn’t feel great

"Exchange process was frustrating"
I liked the swimsuit enough that I wanted to exchange it instead of just returning it, but the whole process ended up being more annoying than I expected. The replies took a while, the return instructions weren’t super clear, and somehow I still had to pay extra in the end. I wouldn’t say the product was terrible, but the exchange experience definitely left me feeling unsure about ordering again.

I bought a swimsuit from beachsoul.com and was disappointed. After just a few wears, the fabric already started feeling thin and the seams looked stretched out, like it had been worn all summer instead of only a handful of times.
It wasn’t that comfortable either, since the fit kept shifting and I was constantly adjusting it. I also tried looking for help, but it felt like everything was automated and there was no real person to talk to, which made the whole thing even more frustrating. For the price, I really expected better quality and better service

"Felt like I got talked into something better than it was"
I ordered from beachsoul.com thinking I’d found an easy, cute beach outfit, but i felt unsure the second I tried it on. I’m always a little worried about being fooled by nice photos online, and this kind of confirmed that fear for me. The fit felt strange right away, and the fabric was scratchy against my skin.
After about 10 minutes, the seams were already rubbing under my arms, so I knew I wasn’t going to last long wearing it. Maybe it looks good in pictures, but in real life it just wasn’t comfortable for me. For the price, I really expected it to feel a lot better

"Way too pricey for the quality"
I was disappointed. The quality feels kind of cheap, especially for what they’re charging. I reached out to support and the reply was basically like, “that’s just the standard pricing for this item,” which didn’t really help much. For the price, I expected something that felt a lot more solid.

"I reached out about my order..."
I reached out about my order, and maybe I was just expecting too much, but the replies felt slow and not all that helpful. I had to follow up more than once, which made the whole thing a bit frustrating. I’m not sure if they were just busy or what, but it kind of felt like no one was really trying to fix it.
